Reiner Bruns is the co-founder and Head of Product and Technology at Scotty AI. He is a visionary technology leader with a passion for AI-driven solutions that connect humans with the scalability of machines to enable a seamless and collaborative hybrid workforce. With a diverse background in cognitive AI technologies, including serving as Cognitive Project Lead at IPsoft and leading AI solutions at EPAM Systems, delivering conversational AI-based products and services to global customers, Reiner brings extensive expertise in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions for HR, talent acquisition and service tech to empower conversational and generative AI-driven user journeys. He is passionate about using AI to revolutionize the way we find, hire, and develop talent.

Stanislaw has been driving innovation in HR solutions for almost two decades, with a deep passion for automating work and making organizations more efficient. Over the years, he has explored and demoed more than 500 technologies, giving him a unique perspective on what truly works at scale. Before joining Scotty AI, he played a key role in the success of market leaders such as RGF, VONQ, and SmartRecruiters.
